Getting active during Health and Wellbeing WeekWritten by Jane
Health and Wellbeing week was held here in Esker ETNS from September 18th-22nd. The aim of the week was to learn about ways of taking care of our physical, emotional and mental health. Tuesday's Theme was MOVE MORE and the focus of the day was all about physical activity. During the day the children took plenty of movement breaks using different types of exercise; GoNoodle dancing, Chair Yoga, and of course later in the day we had our 'Walk a Mile with a Smile'. It was great for the children to get active and try lots of different fun activities on the day.
